I found Pierre through Yelp, and selected him because I had some concerns with my properties and had read a review where one of his clients expressed also having concerns and how Pierre helped him through. That was my lucky day! Working with Pierre is just incredible and unprecedented. He helped me through so many of the nuances that turned up on each property. He provided suggestions on small improvements which had big bang for the buck. He provided me with ongoing reports on the competition and turns in the market with experience- based suggestions on where we go from here. I was an absentee seller, and Pierre covered for me in so many unusual ways. He welded together some components for me, helped scrub down a counter with splattered paint, and vacuumed down the condos in between open houses to make for a better presentation. He helped me clear up some title issues. He worked with the HOA ( G-d bless him!), held my hand throughout (and I am already experienced at this!), and provided me with support in so many unheard of ways. He provided superb suggestions in dealing with the different offers I received. Best of all, he got two of my properties sold, and I could not be happier.
