From 2007-2017 I was Director of Operations and Valuation Specialist for Leo Nordine Realtors, Los Angeles County’s #1 REO Broker. If we sold your REOs, I did the BPO along with thousands of others. As a former licensed appraiser my BPOs make sense and result in 30/60/90-day sales when priced per my respective guidance. Out of my thousands of BPOs no more than a handful were returned after client review, and with my valuation expertise I was able to provide clear explanation to the reviewer so the REO could move forward to listing.

- Sensible yet effective BPOs. I price my properties from a Broker’s perspective, yet without forsaking my appraisal experience. I take into consideration current market dynamics when pricing my REOs, yet I strive to use valuation practices and adjustments that all intended users can make sense of.
- Communication. I am a low-maintenance Broker. My years of experience has taught me to be self-sufficient and not bog down the asset manager with unnecessary communication.
- Vendors. For those clients who don't have Field Services, I have access to several vendors including locksmith, attorney’s, handyman services and cleaners, appraiser, termite inspectors, etc. that I can put you in touch with.
