I began my real estate career in 1985, received my real estate salesperson's license in 1987, and my Broker's license in 1997. I also held an appraiser's license for 10 yrs. I’ve sold everything from cheap vacant lots to multi-million dollar estates. I have always maintained a perfect DRE record, I've never had any Complaints, and I've never been sued.

I have 20 years of full time REO sales experience, approx. 200 personal sales, and I directly assisted in selling thousands more while working for two of Los Angeles' most successful REO brokers. Many of those transactions were complex and required a ton of extra time and attention…laborious but also providing me with extensive experience far beyond what the typical agent experiences in their career. As such, I don’t shy away from hard work.   • 2007 - 2017  Leo Nordine Realtors, Inc. / Nordine Commercial - Provided full time Managing Director & Valuation Consulting as an independent contractor for LA County's top producing REO broker. Provided broker/agent management and guidance in all aspects of the brokerage from listing to closing on 2,000+ residential and commercial sales.
  • 1993 - 2007  Arico & Associates Realtors - Managing Director/Independent Consultant for top producing REO broker in Los Angeles County. Provided broker/agent management and guidance in all aspects of the brokerage from listing to closing on 1,500+ sales.
  • 1989 - 1992  Leo Nordine Realtors - Lead Office Manager / Listing and Escrow Coordinator / Real Estate Agent. Assisted in the creation of the company. Provide complete management of all listings and escrow’s to the #1 REO Broker in the Los Angeles area.
  • 1986 - 1989  Moore & Associates, Realtors -Real Estate Agent. Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Prepare property valuations to educate my clients of fair market value of their property. Prepare and negotiate purchase contracts. Assist buyers in establishing favorable financing.
